My impression about the mental patients before the project was that i'm afraid they will think that what we'd plan for them..and that they will be more difficult to communicate.But when i reach there, i found out that they are just like us, easy to communicate and they enjoyed a lot for what we had planned for them.One event that will change my impression of them is the "ping pong "game...they listen to our instructions and they understood them fast.And that they are also very active and are willing to co-operate.If i and my group were to go again i would love to organise more games like volleyball.=) One thing that i think our group need to improve on is that not to talk to one another when some of us are explaining and that we should communicate more to the patients.
During this project, i realise that Rayner actually do things seriously when it was needed and he did well by communicating much with the patients.In my opinion i think that learning new things for ourself and share with others are more important as we could share our experience with other people who had yet to go there.We could also learn being a helpful and caring self.Overall i think we did well and i believe all of us had learn some things!=DBy: Shufei=)
